Please carefully read these terms and conditions. By using this Site, anyone accessing the Site (“You”) agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions below. If You do not accept these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using this Site. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these Terms and Conditions supersede any other agreement you may have with RightClickRide. RightClickRide may, at its sole discretion, revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is recommended that You review these Terms and Conditions regularly.

By accepting these Terms of Use electronically, You are deemed to have entered into a binding agreement with RightClickRide. This Agreement establishes the general terms and conditions for your use of the Site and the procurement of products/services offered on this Site (the “Services”).

ELIGIBILITY
This Site and the Services are available only to individuals or entities (“Users”) who can form legally binding contracts under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The Services are intended solely for users at least eighteen (18) years of age. Any registration by, use of, or access to the Services by anyone under eighteen (18) is unauthorized and constitutes a violation of this Agreement. Minors wishing to use or transact on the Site may do so only in the presence of and through their legal guardian or parent. We reserve the right to terminate Services or refuse access to the Site if we discover that You are under 18 years of age.

If You are entering this Agreement on behalf of a corporate entity or organization, You represent and warrant that You have the legal authority to bind such corporate entity or organization to these terms and conditions. In such cases, the terms “You”, “Your”, and “User” shall refer to the corporate entity or organization.

YOUR ACCOUNT
To access some features of the Site, purchase products, or use certain Services, registration is required. You represent and warrant to RightClickRide that all information provided during registration, including about you and your organization (if applicable), is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date. RightClickRide reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if it believes the information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account, whether authorized by You or not, and must maintain the confidentiality of your login, password, and payment methods. Any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately. RightClickRide is not liable for any loss You incur due to unauthorized use of your account.

CONTENT
Except for User Submissions, all content available through the Products and Services, including designs, text, graphics, images, videos, information, software, audio, and files (collectively, “RightClickRide’s Content”), are the property of RightClickRide or its licensors. No rights to RightClickRide’s Content are granted unless expressly stated in this Agreement. RightClickRide’s Content may not be modified, copied, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, scraped, displayed, posted, transmitted, sold, or exploited for any purpose without permission. Any unauthorized use will automatically terminate your rights to use the Services and the content.

User Submissions: You agree that User Submissions made on publicly viewable sections of the Site do not create a confidential relationship with RightClickRide, and RightClickRide has no obligation to develop or use your submissions. RightClickRide shall own exclusive rights to any User Submissions and may use them without compensation to You.

ADDITIONAL DATA SHARED
You may be required to provide additional data to support your requests. Such data should be uploaded in the format instructed by RightClickRide. You agree not to upload any files containing viruses, spyware, or other malicious code. RightClickRide reserves the right to reject files flagged as potential security threats and may take legal action if malicious files are intentionally uploaded.

PRIVACY
We value the privacy of our users. The RightClickRide Privacy Policy governs the use of any data or information provided by You.

SECURITY
While RightClickRide takes measures to secure its systems, no system is entirely immune to compromise. RightClickRide may take corrective actions if a breach occurs and disclaims liability for any resulting damages or loss.

ADDITIONAL USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for the activities conducted through your account and must ensure that the content provided remains virus-free. You agree not to infringe on third-party intellectual property or privacy rights when using the Services.

PAYMENT
You agree to pay the listed prices for Products or Services selected on the Site. Payments are non-refundable except as otherwise stated. RightClickRide may change its pricing and fees without prior notice. Taxes are additional unless stated otherwise.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If You wish to cancel a booking, You must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. A cancellation fee will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded within 10 to 45 days. If notice is not provided in time, no refund will be given.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS TO ACCOUNT
RightClickRide reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if illegal or unauthorized use is suspected.

LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, and RightClickRide disclaims responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.

AVAILABILITY OF WEBSITE/SERVICES
RightClickRide will make reasonable efforts to provide the Site and Services on a 24/7 basis but cannot guarantee continuous access due to potential maintenance or unforeseen issues.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
You acknowledge that your use of the Site and Services is at your own risk. The Services are provided on an “as-is” basis, and RightClickRide disclaims any warranties of uninterrupted, error-free service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RightClickRide will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Liability will be limited to the amount paid for the Services procured.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify RightClickRide for any claims arising from your use of the Services, breach of this Agreement, or negligence.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the Pakistan courts.

OTHER GENERAL TERMS
This Agreement constitutes an independent contractor relationship between RightClickRide and the User. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT, SITE, OR SERVICES
RightClickRide may modify this Agreement at any time, with changes effective upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
